CEO Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized CEO Assistant & Digital Marketing Specialist to support the CEO while leading our digital marketing efforts. This unique role blends executive assistance with strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in multitasking, and has a strong background in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
CEO Assistance:
- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling, and travel.
- Handle communication, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support strategic projects and internal team coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Digital Marketing:
- Create customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, content marketing, social media).
- Collaborate with sales for lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Manage external events with partners (Oracle, UKG, Workday).
- Oversee social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Manage Netsuite marketing module to track and optimize marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or marketing certifications a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years in executive assistance or digital marketing, ideally in IT consulting or tech.
- Proven success in lead generation, digital marketing, event management, and customer engagement.
- Experience with partners like Oracle, UKG, Workday, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on with Netsuite, Power BI, and social media tools.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content, social media, email).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Expertise in LinkedIn marketing and social selling.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Netsuite marketing module experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for events and client meetings.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
