We're hiring – Team Assistant @ Hikvision Romania

We're looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant
to join our team in Bucharest.

If you enjoy keeping things organized, coordinating projects, and helping teams work smoothly together, this might be the perfect fit for you


What you'll do:


• Manage marketing materials, promotional items, and Hikvision demo equipment


• Support the organization of events - from contracts and logistics to shipments and vendor coordination


• Assist with vendor onboarding, payments, and approvals in internal systems


• Collaborate with the
Support team
on invoice processing and payment tracking


• Handle office & protocol supplies for meetings, visits, and internal events


• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and daily operational requests


• Keep track of company assets, IT equipment, and demo kits


What we're looking for:


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude


• Good communication skills in English and Romanian


• Experience in administrative, office, or logistics roles is a plus
