We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented
Assistant Manager
who will support the management team in daily operations and play an active role in recruitment and HR coordination.The role requires full-time
presence at the office in Bucharest.

Recruitment & HR Coordination

  • Post job openings on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal tools).
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide support in conducting initial phone screenings (if required).
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding activities for new hires (documents, orientation coordination, welcome materials).
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and recruitment needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in
    administrative roles, office management
    , or
    junior HR/recruitment
    .
  • Experience with CV screening, interview scheduling, or supporting hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Professional attitude, discretion, and customer-service mindset.
  • Full-time availability to work
    100% on-site in Bucharest
    .
  • Good English skills (written & spoken).

Nice-to-Have

  • Basic understanding of HR documentation and employment process flows.
  • Ability to assist with HR projects (engagement, onboarding, training coordination).
  • Social media knowledge for posting job ads or employer branding content.
