Personal Assistant to the CEO
to provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and lifestyle support. This unique role blends professional and family responsibilities, requiring discretion, adaptability, and a solutions-first mindset.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
- Solid command of digital tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solver, adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Intuitive, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering excellence consistently.
- Flexibility and readiness to step in outside regular working hours (Monday-Friday) and on weekends when urgent situations arise, ensuring continuous support for the CEO.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar across multiple businesses, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritization, and alignment of commitments. Proactively flag deadlines, deliverables, and potential conflicts to keep the CEO organized, informed, and focused.
- Support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and executive summaries, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling all interactions with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive lifestyle and property management support, including household organization, oversight of staff, coordination of services, payment of utilities, medical appointments, reimbursements, and general upkeep.
- Organize and oversee meetings, events, and both business and personal travel, managing itineraries, logistics, and all related arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
- Anticipate needs proactively in both professional and personal contexts, identifying solutions that maintain balance and efficiency.
- Safeguard the CEO's time, focus, and priorities by harmonizing business and personal requirements.
