we are looking for an

Administrative officer (m/f/d)
Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Close collaboration with Gruber Logistics departments in other locations in order to manage relevant documents (Invoices, Transport Documents, CMRs, etc.);
  • Assistance to the Credit Management Office in fulfilling its usual tasks: entering, checking and recording changes in customers and suppliers for the group companies;
  • Collaboration in the field of innovation and process optimization, in order to improve the speed and efficiency of execution;
  • Introduction to electronic systems and control of the accuracy of managed documents;
  • Management of exceptions and requests from colleagues (local or from other countries)

Required skills:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills
  • Ability to be autonomous, analytical, precise and accurate in carrying out activities
  • Good knowledge of the MS-Office package (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Determination, ability to adapt and flexibility
  • Availability for possible travel for training purposes
  • Language skills: English mandatory; additional Italian/German is an advantage
  • Knowledge of one or more electronic document and/or customer management systems is an advantage
