Qualifications:


• University Degree in a technical or business-related field (technical or business)


• Experience working in an international or multinational company


• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role


• Advanced level of English; French would be a plus


• Knowledge of Office tools, especiallyExcel


•Experience using business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)

Some responsibilities you'll cover:

Order registration


• Ensure that all orders received are processed in a timely manner, in accordance with the company's procedures regarding international trade, legal, financial, quality and ethics


• Check the specific conditions, delivery terms, packaging and special requests for all orders received


• Communicate internally any special conditions and check the availability of products in stock so that orders are delivered ontime


• Record orders in the system, check the timeliness and correctness of the price list

Track orders:


• Update daily the orders and shipments file and the Oracle system and chase the plants for late deliveries appearing in the dailyupdate extracted from Oracle


• Maintain constant communication with factories and customers, and closely monitors delivery times


• Propose solutions to delivery problems

Logistic Management


• Create the DEs for the exportation and work closely with Nidec Export Logistic Team & Customs Team in France and in China to manage the shipments and importation processes with the forwarders


• Provide the proformas (commercial invoices) for the shipments and print out and distribute all finalized documents received fromthe forwarders


• Create the packing list for the DE's created

Other:


• Maintain contact with sales departments and factories and manage all communications regarding customer orders


• Issue invoices for different situations
