Job Description
EUROWAG is seeking a Service Desk Associate to provide technical support to existing customers and colleagues via phone and email in English, Hungarian, and Romanian. The role focuses on resolving product and service-related issues, monitoring alerts, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate data. 

Job Requirements

  • You have a secondary education (we welcome applications from students and career starters, the shift schedules make it possible to work alongside higher education
  • You have good conversational level of English, Hungarian and Romanian (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work 7/24 shifts (12-hour shift)
  • Easy, friendly, and good communication skills
  • You can work independently but also be a team player. You will be part of a young, fun team who value team spirit
  • You tolerate monotony well and remain calm in stressful situations
  • You have good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)

Job Responsibilities

  • You will offer support to our customers and colleagues regarding our products and services, on the phone and via email, in English, Hungarian and Romanian
  • You will not be doing any Sales activity. Only existing customers will contact you for technical support
  • You will check the various alerts, identify the problems and act based on the knowledge you have acquired during trainings
  • You will work with customer service related applications, all of which you will be trained to use.
  • You will also have administrative duties; you will ensure that all data is up to date and databases are properly maintained.
  • From the first day you join, you'll get lots of help, we'll teach you everything you need to know for a job well done.
