About the Role

STIHL Romania
is looking for a Project Office Manager to support our transformation initiatives across shared service functions such as HR, Purchasing, and Finance. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in project management within an international environment, combining coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement with exposure to change and transformation projects.

  • You have initial experience in
    project coordination

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Project Coordination:
    Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare presentations and workshops.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    Maintain project documentation, update project plans, track progress, follow up on action items, and support change efforts.
  • Tool & Process Support:
    Implement project management tools, collect and track KPI data.
  • Administrative Support:
    Manage logistics, shared drives, and collaboration platforms.
