Cerințe
:
- Experiență în vânzări B2B – ideal în domeniul instalațiilor fotovoltaice, electrice, automatizări sau HVAC;
- Cunoștințe despre componentele unui sistem fotovoltaic: invertoare, baterii, structuri, aplicații software – constituie avantaj;
- Abilități excelente de comunicare, relaționare și orientare spre soluție;
- Capacitatea de a lucra autonom și de a gestiona mai multe relații comerciale simultan;
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasări punctuale;
- Permis categoria B;
- Studii superioare – preferabil tehnice sau economice.
Descrierea jobului:
Consultantul de vânzări B2B are rolul de a dezvolta și susține relațiile comerciale cu parteneri profesioniști din domeniul instalațiilor fotovoltaice: instalatori autorizați, magazine de specialitate (PV, electrice), project manageri și integratori de soluții.
Prin înțelegerea nevoilor tehnico-comerciale ale acestora, va oferi consiliere, soluții personalizate și suport post-vânzare, contribuind la creșterea rețelei de distribuție la nivel național.
Responsabilități principale:
- Identificarea și activarea de noi parteneri din rândul instalatorilor, revânzătorilor, magazinelor de profil și coordonatorilor de proiecte;
- Promovarea portofoliului de echipamente și soluții: sisteme fotovoltaice hibride, on-grid, stocare energie (Victron, Fronius, baterii LFP etc.);
- Susținerea partenerilor în procesul de ofertare, proiectare și vânzare către clientul final;
- Realizarea de oferte, negocieri și contracte comerciale;
- Participarea la traininguri, târguri și sesiuni de instruire alături de parteneri;
- Menținerea relației post-vânzare, colectarea feedback-ului și propunerea de soluții pentru fidelizare și upselling;
- Colaborare cu departamentele tehnic, logistic și marketing pentru susținerea partenerilor în campanii comune.
