Group Communications Senior Manager

Al Dahra is seeking an experienced Communications Lead to drive our group communications, engagement, and alignment of our global transformation, integration, and culture agenda. This role will design and execute communications and programs that support large-scale organizational change, and enable employees worldwide to understand, embrace, and champion our evolving vision and growth strategy. He/she is a storyteller who can simplify complex change, and a connector who ensures consistent, inspiring, and locally relevant communication for employees across all channels.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional leadership, marketing, HR, and transformation teams to ensure consistent, timely and inspiring communication across all regions and functions. Key Responsibilities:

Group Communications

• Develop and execute a global communications plan that supports transformation, integration, and cultural alignment.
• Partner with executives, HR, transformation leaders, and regional comms teams to ensure clarity, transparency, and consistency.
• Design programs and toolkits that help employees understand and embrace organizational changes.

Business Transformation Communications

• Manage communications for organizational redesign, operating model shifts, and business transformation programs.
• Translate complex change into clear and compelling messages that reduce uncertainty and build engagement.
• Create messaging frameworks, talking points, FAQs, and employee toolkits to support adoption.

Digital Transformation Communications

• Drive communications that enable digital adoption, including automation, AI, and new systems.
• Build engaging campaigns that promote digital-first behaviors and mindsets across all levels of the organization.
• Partner with IT, finance and transformation teams to simplify technical initiatives for broad audiences.

Integration Communications

• Manage communication planning and execution for acquisitions, divestments and integration programs.
• Ensure consistent messaging across geographies and entities while adapting to local needs and sensitivities.
• Develop playbooks, timelines, and narratives that align diverse teams behind a shared purpose.

Culture & Internal Communications

• Design and execute communication campaigns to embed purpose, values, and cultural priorities.
• Strengthen employee engagement and sense of belonging through storytelling, role model spotlights, and strengthening the sense of belonging and pride within the organization.
• Manage core internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls, digital platforms) to deliver impactful content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in communications, preferably at group/corporate level within a multinational organization undergoing significant transformation.
• Proficiency in English, other languages are plus.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a keen eye for detail & storytelling.
• Proficiency in leveraging various communication tools and platforms. Experience with intranet systems and multimedia content creation tools. Digital native.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• A proactive mindset, adaptability to change, and a passion for driving employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
• Experience in FMCG, Agrotech or any other fast paced industry.
