To expand our team in Oradea (RO), we are looking for a

Customer Care Support (m/f)

Core activities:

  • Ensure that all orders received are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Management of business relations with customers
  • Prior communication for the organization and coordination of shipmentsPlacing orders and checking the successful delivery
  • Management and resolution of anomalies / discrepancies / delays in customer shipments with the support of operational departments
  • Providing support and creating various KPI reports
  • Collaboration with different departments of the group

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in the transportation and international forwarding sector
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Structured and autonomous way of working
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Determination and stress resistance
  • The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software programs: MS Office, Outlook, different search engines etc.
  • Fluent in English, other foreign language skills are a plus
  • Another plus is the experience with customers, especially B2B
