About the Role
STIHL Romania is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Administrator
to strengthen our
Global HR team
. In this role, you will be at the center of our HR administration making sure employee data, contracts, and HR processes run smoothly across the organization.
You will be the go-to person for employees and managers when it comes to HR questions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from recruitment through ongoing support.

- You enjoy supporting both employees and managers with clear, solution-oriented communication.
- You are confident in juggling multiple administrative tasks, from contracts to time management.
- You bring strong communication skills in German & English.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Keep HR master data accurate in Employee Central (SAP HR module) and support employees with their queries on vacation, working hours, or contract changes.
- Prepare and manage contracts, confirmations, and personnel files with precision.
- Pre-select application documents and support the recruitment process until hiring, working closely with specialist departments and managers.
- Assist with expatriate assignments: drafting contracts, coordinating visas, and helping colleagues settle abroad.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies and manage time entries, absences, and bookings for temporary staff.
- Monitor time recordings and absences, ensuring corrections are made and employees are supported.
