About the Role

STIHL Romania is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Administrator
to strengthen our
Global HR team
. In this role, you will be at the center of our HR administration making sure employee data, contracts, and HR processes run smoothly across the organization.

You will be the go-to person for employees and managers when it comes to HR questions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from recruitment through ongoing support.

  • You are confident in juggling multiple administrative tasks, from contracts to time management.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keep HR master data accurate in Employee Central (SAP HR module) and support employees with their queries on vacation, working hours, or contract changes.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, confirmations, and personnel files with precision.
  • Pre-select application documents and support the recruitment process until hiring, working closely with specialist departments and managers.
  • Assist with expatriate assignments: drafting contracts, coordinating visas, and helping colleagues settle abroad.
  • Coordinate with staffing agencies and manage time entries, absences, and bookings for temporary staff.
  • Monitor time recordings and absences, ensuring corrections are made and employees are supported.
