Descrierea rolului:

Căutăm un profesionist experimentat în achiziții și management de furnizori care să se alăture echipei noastre și să contribuie la dezvoltarea portofoliului de produse farmaceutice și cosmetice prin canale directe si de import paralel din țările Spațiului Economic European (SEE).

Rolul implică identificarea, negocierea și gestionarea relațiilor cu producatorii si furnizorii autorizați, asigurând în același timp respectarea normelor legale și standardelor de calitate specifice industriei farmaceutice.

Responsabilități principale:

Identificarea și evaluarea furnizorilor din SEE pentru produse farmaceutice și cosmetice;

Negocierea condițiilor comerciale, a termenelor de livrare și a contractelor de achiziție;

Monitorizarea și optimizarea costurilor de aprovizionare;

Colaborarea cu departamentele de regulatory, logistică, marketing și vânzări;

Analiza pieței și identificarea de noi oportunități de import direct sau paralel;

Menținerea unei baze de date actualizate cu furnizorii și condițiile comerciale;

Asigurarea respectării normelor GDP și a cerințelor de trasabilitate pentru produsele farmaceutice.

Profilul candidatului ideal:

Studii superioare (preferabil în domeniul economic, farmaceutic sau comerț internațional);

Experiență anterioară de minimum 2 ani în achiziții / procurement internațional, ideal în industria farmaceutică sau a produselor cosmetice;

Cunoștințe solide privind piața SEE și reglementările aplicabile importului paralel;

Abilități excelente de negociere și comunicare în medii multiculturale;

Cunoștințe foarte bune de limba engleză (scris și vorbit);

Spirit analitic, orientare spre rezultate și capacitate de lucru autonomă.
