Ai cunoștinte de bază despre management

Te adaptezi ușor în lucrul cu oamenii, indiferent de tipul de temperament

Ești organizat și reușești să prioritizezi cu ușurință mai multe sarcini

Îți place ceea ce faci și oferi profesionalism

Ai experiență în vânzări sau în domeniul de servicii clienți de cel puțin 2 ani

Ai puternice abilități de comunicare și leadership

Ai cunoștințe de bază de raportare, planificare, analiză financiară

Înțelegi cum funcționează sistemele CRM

Vei recruta și vei instrui colegi noi

Vei stabili impreună cu echipa obiectivele zilnice de activitate și vei oferi suport pentru îndeplinirea acestora

Vei analiza periodic evoluția consultanților și vei implementa un plan de dezvoltare

Vei oferi suport echipei pentru identificarea oportunităților de vânzare

Vei evalua performanța consultanților raportându-te la indicatori de bază

Vei participa la cel puțin 2 interviuri

Vei decide împreună cu directorul de agenție și directorul regional dacă acest job este cea mai bună oportunitate pentru tine
