Procurement Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plans and ensures the availability of an optimal quantity of products across the region's retail units.
  • Places product orders within the region.
  • Distributes products among retail units and adjusts orders when necessary.
  • Monitors product stock in stores (warehouses) by shelf life and ensures timely rotation between units.
  • Coordinates product quantities and delivery dates, promptly informing the direct manager and store managers about changes in shipments.
  • Oversees the logistics chain at all stages.
  • Monitors the circulation of returnable packaging.
  • Ensures documentation for the transport and technological process.
  • Controls shelf life, defective products, and shortages in deliveries.
  • Manages claims related to unsellable products.
  • Participates in inventories at retail units when necessary.
  • During the absence (vacation, business trip, sick leave, etc.) of the Operations Specialist, fulfills his/her duties.
  • Performs other tasks and assignments from the manager within the scope of his/her competence and specialization.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • At least 2 years of work experience.
  • Confident PC user (Office programs – Word, Excel, Outlook email).
  • Proficient oral and written communication (Romanian, Ukrainian/Russian).
