Candidatul ideal

  • Absolvent de studii superioare tehnice;
  • Minimum 5 ani experiență în construcții civile și industriale, în special în ofertare și/sau proiectare;
  • Competențe solide în Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) și AutoCAD;
  • Limba engleză – nivel avansat; cunoașterea limbii germane constituie un avantaj;
  • Abilități de analiză, organizare și planificare eficientă a timpului;
  • Atenție la detalii, orientare către rezultate și respectarea termenelor;
  • Capacitatea de a gestiona mai multe proiecte în paralel;
  • Spirit de inițiativă, responsabilitate și flexibilitate în abordarea sarcinilor;
  • Abilități de comunicare și colaborare într-un mediu dinamic.

Responsabilități

  • Analizează documentația tehnică (cereri de ofertă, planuri, scenarii de securitate la incendiu etc.);
  • Efectuează antemăsurători și extrage liste de cantități din planuri;
  • Solicită clarificări tehnice de la beneficiar, acolo unde este necesar;
  • Identifică materialele și echipamentele necesare, împreună cu specificațiile relevante;
  • Solicită oferte de preț de la furnizori și actualizează baza de date;
  • Elaborează ofertele tehnice conform cerințelor;
  • Colaborează cu departamentul Comercial pentru integrarea celor mai bune soluții;
  • Participă la elaborarea anexelor tehnice contractuale și susține desemnarea subcontractorilor;
  • Contribuie la procesul de aprovizionare și colaborează cu echipele interne;
  • Redactează schițe tehnice pentru completarea ofertelor sau contractelor, acolo unde este cazul.
