Your missionWe're looking for a dynamic, organised, and proactive Office Manager to help ensure smooth operations in our Bucharest office. This role entails office management with high-level administrative support, making it ideal for someone who's highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things streamlined and running efficiently. You'll be at the heart of our Workplaces Experience (WX) and People Experience (PX) teams, and have a direct impact on day-to-day activities.
What you'll do- Oversee daily Bucharest office operations, ensuring an organized, well-functioning, and fully stocked workspace.
- Manage reception duties and hospitality, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, including procurement and post management.
- Align local practices with global workplace policies and collaborate with HQ, International Hubs, and Security teams to ensure safety and standardization.
- Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and community-building activities to strengthen team engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in office or hotel management, executive assistance, or a similar role.
- You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping any, effectively prioritise and always have an eye on the details.
- You anticipate needs and tackle challenges before they become problems.
- You're approachable, collaborative, and great at building relationships.
- Fluent in English and Romanian.
