Job Summary

The Office Manager ensures smooth daily operations, overseeing all administrative, logistical, and facility-related activities. They coordinate suppliers, manage contracts and invoices, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and provide administrative support to management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate suppliers for cleaning, maintenance, office supplies, catering, and utilities.
  • Manage supplier contracts, invoices, and payment tracking.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and workspace maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Organize logistics for meetings, internal events, and business visits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and fire prevention regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication between management, staff, and suppliers.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional office environment.

  • Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Use equipment responsibly and report malfunctions or hazards promptly.
  • Follow fire safety procedures and cooperate with designated safety personnel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in Office Management or similar role
