What you'll do

C- ommunicate with the leasing company and employees regarding company car processes, including:

O- rdering and delivering new or pool cars
A- ctivating electric charging cards
E- xtending leasing contracts
C- oordinating tire change campaignsP
- repare car handover protocols and ensure accurate archiving of vehicle documents
U- pdate and maintain the Car Fleet report with details on new and pool cars
P- repare additional reports as needed
C- ompile data from the Home Office Days Report to assist with the Car Fleet payroll report
M- onitor and report on ticketing support requests
P- rovide backup support to other team members as necessary
C- ontribute to projects and improvement initiative

hat you bring

C- urrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
S- trong interest in working in a global tech company and adapting to a fast-paced environment
E- xcellent communication skills in both English and Romanian
P- roficient in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
R- eliable, well-organized, and a team player with a proactive attitude
P- revious internship or student work experience is advantageous
E- xperience and interest in cars and leasing topics are advantageou
