British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Internship in Bucharest.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time
• Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines
• Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes

What are we looking for?

• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Ability to handle high volumes of data entries with high accuracy
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Able to help, teach or explain things to others

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Please note that this is a fixed-term opportunity, until 28/02/2026.
