  • Design intelligent sourcing pipelines that automate discovery of top talent
  • Optimize visibility across job platforms (traditional & non-traditional)
  • Implement logic to pre-qualify and route candidates effectively
  • Collaborate with our automation engineer to build smart, scalable solutions
