We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations Manager Intern to join our fast-growing startup. As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll wear many hats and get hands-on experience in everything from process optimization to cross-team coordination. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn how a startup runs behind the scenes and excited to make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations and help keep the business running smoothly across different departments (product, marketing, finance, customer success).
  • Assist with setting up and improving workflows, tools, and internal processes.
  • Take ownership of small projects — from planning to execution — to solve operational bottlenecks.
  • Help track KPIs, build reports, and analyze data to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and team members on strategic initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc operational tasks (no two days will look the same).
  • Contribute to documentation of internal processes and playbooks.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
  • Highly adaptable, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Curious problem-solver with a "figure it out" mindset.
  • Strong communicator and team player.
  • Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.); bonus if you've used project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Excited about startups, entrepreneurship, and making things happen with limited resources.
