Role Overview

As a
Business Development Manager (Hunter)
, your main focus is to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities—whether that's signing new retail partners, entering new markets, or growing strategic accounts. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure each opportunity turns into a long-term, profitable relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research new potential clients, channels, and markets in Europe and beyond.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of high-potential leads.
  • Use a mix of cold outreach, networking, events (including trade shows like IFA & CES), and referrals to generate meetings.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Work towards achieving defined sales targets and actively track performance against agreed sales KPIs.

Market Expansion

  • Drive entry into new territories and segments, working with internal teams to localize approach.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to develop winning proposals and pitches.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or similar hunter roles—ideally in consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and maintain them long-term.
  • Comfortable with travel requirements (national and abroad).
  • Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
