Inviting applications for the role of Claims management specialist - Process Associate - French – Hybrid Bucharest
Perform operational tasks within all Claims area. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Responsible for ensuring Claims processes compliance with related financial controls. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions. Ensure efficient cooperation with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Accurate and timely claim investigation
• Escalation (to Collections) of invalid claims, that translate into collectable amounts
• Execute guardrail setting
• Accurate and timely claim investigation
• Escalation (to Collections) of invalid claims, that translate into collectable amounts
Off Promo settlement by credit note creatio
Accountabilities
• A Off Promo settlement by CSB allocated to relevant account from suspend account with rebate agreement as reference
• Accurate and timely pricing & Logistic claim investigation with credit note creation
• Escalation (to Collections) of invalid claims, that translate into collectable amounts
• Off Promo & Commercial Contract settlement by credit note creation
• Off Promo& Commercial Contract settlement by CSB allocated to relevant account from suspend account with rebate agreement as reference
Preferred qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Customer Focus (focus on internal customers and impact on our external customers); Experience in Claims Management will be an asset
• Bias for action (focus on results and use of intelligent risk taking)
• Team Alignment (team player; supports and respects others)
• Accountability and responsibility (personally driving change and using operational discipline to deliver on the promise)
