We are currently seeking a Claims Executive to join our growing team.

What the day will look like 

  • manage a diverse portfolio of claims (including property and casualty, motor, health) ensuring exceptional service and effective resolution for our clients
  • coordination and evaluation of claim documentation
  • development and renewal of instructions
  • counselling of existing and potential clients
  • maintaining and adapting claim reporting and management solutions to customer needs.

Skills and experience that will lead to success 

  • University degree
  • Proven experience in insurance claims handling
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present your point of view
  • Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent command of Romanian and English languages
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Initiative and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
