We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Business Partner to join one of our partners – a growing company in the food & hospitality industry.

This is a key role within the HR department, focused on driving organizational development, supporting managers, and enhancing employee experience through effective HR processes.

About the role:

The HR Business Partner will play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping the company's people agenda.

This includes developing and implementing HR initiatives in the areas of organizational development, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and recruitment.

You will work closely with business leaders to understand operational needs and provide proactive HR support that drives engagement, growth, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted partner for managers and employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters;
  • Lead initiatives related to organizational development and employee engagement;
  • Oversee and continuously improve onboarding and performance management processes;
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment;
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes when needed;
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies, internal communication, and learning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to multiple areas such as employee relations, talent development, and organizational processes;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization;
  • Proactive, structured, and adaptable mindset;
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
