Purpose and Mission

Responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives for more complex segments (clusters by location / population) within a country 

Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Partner with local management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce within the local context.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support the business through transitions.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to business leaders and HR teams within the locality.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
Previous Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar.
Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
