We are looking for a
Change Manager
to join our team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will have experience in Telecom Change Management, NOC operations, and Core Network environments, with a strong understanding of service management processes and ITIL principles.

Main activities and tasks:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of all operational changes, ensuring minimal disruption to services and customers.
  • Record, analyse, and assess all Change Requests (CRs) raised for the live network.
  • Conduct thorough impact analysis of proposed changes, including risk and dependency assessments.
  • Authorize, coordinate, and schedule changes in line with Change Management process.
  • Plan and control change implementation activities, ensuring compliance with approved Methods of Procedure (MoPs).
  • Oversee testing and validation of changes before, during, and after deployment.
  • Ensure all changes are properly documented and stored in the Change Repository.
  • Evaluate quality and precision of change execution, tracking success rate and identifying improvement areas.
  • Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders regarding planned changes and status updates.
  • Ensure clear communication with operators, vendors, and support teams on planned and emergency changes.
  • Provide governance and reporting on all changes, including KPIs such as first-time success rate, failed changes, and change-related incidents.
  • Ensure alignment with project's change categories, risk levels, and lead times.
  • Support continuous improvement of the Change Management process, driving automation and simplification for faster time-to-market.
  • Assist in ensuring readiness for release deployment, transition to operations, and handover to Problem/Incident Management when necessary.

Required Experience:

  • Good knowledge of Telecoms and managed network services.
  • Experience in Change, Release, or Project Management in NOC environments.
  • Direct experience with service management tools and ITIL Change Management.
  • Telecom-related Certifications would be an advantage.

Specific skills & technical knowledge:

  • Working experience with Ericsson Core Network domains, including PS, CS, IMS, and VAS.
  • Knowledge of 5G architecture (SA and NSA) and protocols.
  • Understanding of Mobile Networks 2G/3G/4G/5G and network protocol stacks.
  • Knowledge of NFVI and Cloud Native.
  • Basic knowledge of IP Interworking.
  • Professional level of English it's a must.
