*Job Responsibilities
What You Will Do*

• Design and execute psychologically informed change strategies for enterprise IT initiatives.
• Translate complex technical changes into clear, people-focused journeys.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and Digital & IT to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Collaborate closely with our Training and Change Management team to deliver aligned, people-centered change.
• Identify resistance early and address it through coaching, dialogue, and tailored interventions.

You Will Also

• Embed change activities into transformation journeys, supporting stakeholder readiness and adoption.
• Measure adoption and behavioral change using meaningful metrics and feedback loops.
• Support change efforts related to M&A activities, including cultural and organizational integration.

Who You Are*

• Background in psychology, behavioral science, organizational development, or a related field, with a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Familiarity with behavioral models, systems thinking, or organizational network analysis.
• Experience in supporting people-centered change in enterprise IT environments.
• Practice in Agile and Lean Change approaches, with a focus on co-creation and adaptability.
• Ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
