IT Change Manager

Fully REMOTE.
The Change Manager will play a critical role in driving successful adoption of ServiceNow across a major energy provider's global operations.
Working as part of an integrated delivery team alongside our system integration partner, the Change Manager will focus on the people side of digital transformation ensuring that employees and stakeholders understand, embrace, and sustain new ways of working enabled by the ServiceNow platform.
This is a global programme impacting multiple business units and geographies. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, process owners, and functional teams to deliver clear communication, effective engagement, and measurable adoption outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans supporting the global ServiceNow rollout.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify readiness gaps and shape targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with communications, training, and process leads to create and deliver consistent, audience-specific engagement materials.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, local change agents, and programme leads to champion adoption.
- Monitor and report on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics.
- Ensure alignment of change activities with project milestones, deployment waves, and go-live timelines.
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and user engagement forums to surface risks and co-create mitigation actions.
- Coach line managers and supervisors to lead their teams effectively through the digital transition.
Skills required:
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale technology change initiatives, ideally within ServiceNow or similar
enterprise platform implementations (e.g. SAP, Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge of organisational change management principles and frameworks (e.g. DKAR, Kotter, Lewin, Burke Litwin etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organisations and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and time zones.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and digital workflow transformation advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Professional or equivalent change management certification desirable.
- May require occasional evening work to meet client needs
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 1,700.00RON - 2,000.00RON per day
