In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting the company's products across the Constanța and Tulcea regions. Through regular pharmacy visits, you will provide accurate medical information and ensure pharmacists are well-informed about product recommendations. You will also organize presentations, mini-seminars, and local events to increase product awareness, while building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacists, distributors, and other key partners in your area.
Key responsibilities:
Provide on time, through regular visits to pharmacies, relevant and accurate medical information about group products and how to recommend them
Forward adequate promotion messages about the group's products by pharmacists in order to meet targets for individual work
Organizing presentations in pharmacies, mini-seminars, local events in order to provide more information about products
Create, maintain and develop good relationships with pharmacists and professional contacts, and all other working partners
Communicate and collaborate with distributors in your area
About you
Stable location: Constanta
Experience in a similar role in FMCG / pharma industry
Driving license
Excellent communication skills
Strategic and analytic thinking, initiative and proactivity, decision making capabilities
Romanian and English
It would be advantageous to have (not essential)
Good PC operating skills
Capacity to perform highly both individually and within a team
Capacity to learn, understand and use medical information, sales and marketing tools
Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation technics, pharma industry and pharma products
Strong skills and experience in managing relationships with different stakeholders: healthcare professionals, pharmacies, etc.
