Key Accountabilities
In this role you will manage a dedicated SA&I PM and bidding team, meant to execute end to end qualitative projects for West Europe SA&I areas. Will act as a SPOC for all qualitative execution and process topics for Client Service and Sales in Western Europe.
In this role, one of the functions is to continuously taking ownership of transitions and migrations of qualitative projects from West Europe into CoE (Center of Excellence), as well as supporting the process building/optimization for the qualitative project execution, addressing and optimizing in a structured manner the hubbing needs from this region including consultancy, and increasing future opportunities without compromising quality. In this role, you will coach, mentor and take care of people development.
Core Responsibilities
• Evaluate international qualitative research proposals across all methodologies, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to develop feasible and cost-effective project plans.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality execution of qualitative international studies.
• Act as key change ambassador and SPOC for Qualitative Project Management CoE
• Act as subject matter expert of CoE Efficiency and Performance
• Personnel planning, collaboration with CoE Leader and/ or Talent Acquisition personnel for recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring a number of employees approved by CoE Leader
• Set goals, provide guidance and plan performance development in collaboration with CoE Leader
• Provides effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards and disciplinary action, with the help of CoE Leader and/ or Human Resources BP, when needed
• Develop a solid working relationship with local Project Management and Customer Success teams to gain trust and deep understanding of their business needs, respond proactively to those needs and manage expectations, thus acting as ONE high performing team
• Drive and support Qualitative PM CoEs overall transition with reports, KPIs for evidence-based decisions
• Ensure that every project delivers the required results within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits
• Participate in any escalation process with a constructive mindset and can-do attitude and take all corrective actions if needed for a continuous improvement.
• Makes prioritization if needed, while keeping in mind clients' needs and expectations
• Plan and allocate resources to get an efficient staff to carry out the designated activities that will drive team productivity and achieve goals
• Enable proper governance on Project Management delivery standards and foster standardization across projects executed in CoE
• Ensure adoption of new global tools, global solutions and standards
• Prepare and implement plan for coverage for special periods and bank holidays
Skills & Qualifications
Business acumen:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Marketing, Sociology).
• Minimum 6 years experience in Marketing Research, with extensive experience in managing qualitative projects
• Understanding the Market Research qualitative business specifics;
Communication skills:
• Presentation skills;
• Assertiveness.

• Ability to manage relationships with diverse people (internal/external);
• Conflict management;
