Data & Analyst Team Lead - Marketing

Primary objective is to help implement end-to-end marketing funnel capturing data on key customer journey touchpoints, both online and offline, across streams of business to provide a holistic view of customer engagements with the brand across markets. Consolidating PCAs and drawing meaningful insights from them is the cornerstone of a successful applicant.

With a strong focus on data storytelling, you will translate complex data into compelling narratives, creating presentations and reports that clearly communicate the current situation, insights, and strategic solutions. You will also identify opportunities to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement, ensuring continuous optimization based on data-driven insights.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-end Journey analysis, strategic insights & continual performance improvement program
• Working with stream owners/experts to understand and codify each stream's contribution in performance reporting across customer journey.
• Help devise governance principles on journey taxonomy and ensure alignment with markets and follow-up on implementation in markets.
• Work with global team to deploy the taxonomy and governance principles for customer journey in Region EU markets and special markets, follow-up on challenges and solutions for each market.
• Help setup infrastructure for management, expert and stream specific reports by identifying priority touchpoints and standardizing KPIs around those touchpoints.
• Provide inputs in hypothesis build, test and learn process.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce.
• Lead the planning efforts, procuring inputs from various experts within streams based on subject area knowledge.
• Work with data scientists to deliver special projects on attribution, DTS and other predictive modeling
• Identify alignments and gaps between end user requirements and system capabilities.
• Create and document solution(s) of high complexity to meet end user requirements.
• Manage project work through completion of delivery on small and ad hoc efforts.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or Social Sciences, with heavy emphasis on quantitative methods; Master's degree or PHD is a plus. Degree will not be required with appropriate work experience.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, customer experience insights, performance optimization, ideally in a marketing agency or management consulting practice.
• You will be expected to have a good working understanding of our core technical skills and subject matter areas to ensure you can deliver to client's needs:
• Core analytical languages and software (Excel, SQL, Python, Alteryx)
• Statistics
• Data Visualisation tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / etc)
• Web and Social Analytics (GA / Adobe / Brandwatch / Sprinklr)
• Data Protection / GDPR
• Customer journey analysis and planning
• Martech design and ecosystem tracking (tagging and taxonomy)
• Developing knowledge of experimental / multivariate test design techniques.
• Confident, conscientious, self-starter, a good work ethic, and capable of building good working relationships with clients as well as other team members.
• Naturally curious, imaginative and have a practical approach to problem solving.
• Experience jumping in, finding problems across data and process, and fixing them.
• Ability to work independently as well with a team in an agile and fast environment.
• Ability to develop, learn, follow and adapt repeatable processes or products to drive efficiency and consistency of delivery.
• Advanced written and spoken English skills.
