The Project lead will be responsible for the "On demand SQUAD". His role is to unsure the performance of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, business, and external) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project documentation
  • Ensure that project deliverables align with business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Ensure projects follow established project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, as applicable).
  • Reporting of the activity (internally and to the customer) by leading the Steering committees and others management meeting.

Required Skills:

  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in leading IT projects, preferably in a service management or managed services environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • English and French at fluent level
  • Ability to travel to Toulouse / Cannes / Roma
  • Management of Agile project (the team will work in Agile mode)
  • Capacity to present Steering committees in front of TAS DSI (so, very good speaker)

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT or service management environment.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) are a plus.
