Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange general knowledge;

Networking concepts;

Excellent communication skills;

Support services aptitudes. Responsibilities

Respond to incidents reported by users and addressed to the support team through the ticketing system, telephone or e-mail;

Diagnoses problems through discussions with users and provides the necessary support in identifying, isolating and solving reported problems;

Actively participates in the project of migrating users from desktop to laptop;

Installing and configuring laptops/desktops for new users;

Provides support for logging in and configuring new user profiles;

Solves other received tasks, as necessary.
