Responsabilitati principale:

Preluarea si inregistrarea solicitarilor de suport (sistem ticketing, telefonic, email).

Diagnosticarea si rezolvarea problemelor tehnice de nivel 1 (hardware, software, retea, aplicatii interne).

Escaladarea incidentelor complexe catre nivelul superior (L2/L3).

Monitorizarea si actualizarea statusului ticheteleor pana la rezolvare.

Instalarea si configurarea de echipamente IT (PC-uri, laptopuri, imprimante, telefoane).

Oferirea de training de baza utilizatorilor finali (cum se utilizeaza aplicatiile, cum se evita erorile frecvente).

Mentinerea documentatiei tehnice si a procedurilor actualizate. Studii medii sau superioare (preferabil profil IT sau tehnic).

Cunostinte de baza Hardware/software si retelistica (Windows, Office, e-mail, VPN).

Abilitati de diagnosticare si rezolvare probleme tehnice de nivel entry/mid.

Orientare catre client si abilitati excelente de comunicare.

Capacitatea de a lucra organizat si de a prioritiza sarcini.

Disponibilitatea deplasarii ocazionale la punctele de lucru din tara in functie de necesitati.

Experienta anterioara pe un rol de Help Desk/Support IT.

Experienta cu sisteme de ticketing. Beneficii:
