  • Cunoștințe de nivel mediu legate de utilizarea și configurarea browserelor web: Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari
  • Cunoștințe de nivel mediu de configurare și administrare a sistemelor de operare desktop (Microsoft Windows 10/11)
  • Cunoștințe de nivel mediu de utilizare a suitei Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Cunoștințe de bază legate de networking, echipamente folosite la nivelul rețelelor de calculatoare: switch-uri, routere, plăci de rețea, cabluri, mufe, conectori
  • Cunoștințe de bază legate de cablare rețele Ethernet și telefonie
  • Cunoștințe medii legate de instalare, configurare, echipamente accesorii: imprimante, scannere
  • Persoană foarte bine organizată, capabilă să își creeze și susțină propriul sistem de lucru, cu anticiparea cerințelor și nevoilor specifice activității firmei, pe termen scurt și mediu
  • Abilitatea de a documenta/elabora proceduri de lucru pentru anumite activități în care sunt implicate atât persoane cu cunoștințe tehnice, cât și non-tehnice
  • Persoană cu limbaj tehnic adecvat, care să poată explica unui utilizator non-tehnic în cuvinte simple elemente de natură tehnică
  • Persoană capabilă și dornică să învețe și să acumuleze cunoștințe tehnice utile în lucrul de zi cu zi.

Descrierea jobului:

  • Oferă suport utilizatorilor interni pe probleme legate de aplicații (software):
  • Utilizarea sistemului de operare
  • Utilizarea suitei de aplicații Microsoft Office
  • Utilizarea aplicațiilor interne specifice
  • Utilizarea oricăror alte aplicații folosite
  • Oferă suport utilizatorilor interni pentru instalarea și configurarea diverselor aplicații, atât interne cât și externe
  • Oferă suport hardware utilizatorilor, intervenind ori de câte ori este nevoie pentru repunerea în funcțiune a echipamentelor de lucru (desktop-uri, imprimante, telefoane mobile)
  • Configurează și menține funcțională infrastructura de rețea existentă la nivelul birourilor de lucru (prize, cabluri, patch-panel-uri)
  • Răspunde prompt la orice problemă apărută la utilizatori, urmărind rezolvarea acesteia în cel mai scurt timp și cu un consum minim de resurse
  • Respectă și urmează politicile de securitate privind echipamentele de lucru ale companiei
  • Raportează superiorului direct orice problemă apărută la utilizatori, ce nu poate fi rezolvată în timp rezonabil, pentru a primi suportul adecvat
  • Păstrează în permanență o colaborare bună cu colegii și cere feedback ulterior remedierii problemelor
  • Răspunde solicitărilor de orice natură venite din partea superiorilor
  • Se deplasează în interes de serviciu pentru a oferi suport clienților interni aflați în alte locații decât cea principală.
