Payroll and Overheads Senior Reporting Specialist

We'd love if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably with overhead and payroll focus;
  • Strong background in cost accounting and management reporting;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) would de a plus, SQL or database querying experience is also preferred;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to work with large datasets and complex financial information;
  • Understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards;
  • Ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders;
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

You need to successfully:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed overhead cost reports and payroll analytics and support end of month reporting;
  • Develop and enhance reporting frameworks for management decision-making;
  • Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking for overhead and payroll metrics;
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on cost trends;
  • Monitor and analyze overhead costs across multiple departments and cost centers;
  • Support budget planning and forecasting processes for overhead expenses;
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements;
  • Generate comprehensive payroll reports including departmental breakdowns;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements;
  • Analyze payroll trends, overtime patterns, and labor cost metrics;
  • Support month-end and year-end payroll closing processes;
  • Streamline reporting processes through automation and system enhancements;
  • Collaborate with HR and Transformation teams to optimize data collection and reporting tools;
  • Maintain data integrity and implement quality control measures;
  • Document procedures and internal processes.
