We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Payroll Consulatant. Reporting to the Head of Department, this full-time and permanent position is based in Romania and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our operation and its' growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely payroll data input and payroll calculation
  • Preparation of payroll reports and payroll related returns
  • Liaising with labour and tax authorities on behalf of the clients
  • Providing support on payroll and HR related matters
  • On-boarding of new clients in the payroll system
  • Archiving client documentation and information
  • Providing payroll and HR legal updates
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors on providing payroll and HR related information
  • Training and coordination of payroll consultants and payroll specialists
  • Liaising with clients on solving payroll related issues and risks

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 year experience on payroll and HR admin
  • English knowledge
  • Knowledge of payroll systems
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems
  • Excel
  • Project management
  • Team coordination
