For the internal structures of EWL OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS RO SRL we are looking for Administration & Payroll Specialist.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Process monthly payroll, including salaries, taxes, and social security contributions,
  • Prepare payroll reports and collaborate with accounting for settlements,
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems,
  • Draft employment contracts, annexes, and certificates,
  • Manage employee absences, sick leaves, and vacation tracking,
  • Monitor contract and document expiry dates,
  • Organize meetings, business trips, and internal documentation,
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies,
  • Participate in HR projects and advise employees on payroll matters.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Higher education (preferred: HR, management, accounting),
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations,
  • Familiarity with HR/payroll systems and MS Office,
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
  • Precision, reliability, and strong organizational abilities,
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
