We are expanding our Action team in Romania to drive our local growth and development. We are now looking for a talented
HR Advisor
/ HRBP
to join us on this exciting journey.

Reporting directly to the Country HR Manager, the HR Advisor / HRBP is part of the local HR department and the main focus lies on ensuring that HR policies, tools, procedures and processes are consistently carried out within the organization so that line management is optimally equipped to achieve its business objectives.

This vacancy is opened for candidates from
Bucharest,
but flexibility and availability
to travel more than 80% of the working time
across the country and the assigned Region is an important criteria.

Areas of responsibility:

Be a Trusted Advisor

  • Serve as the go-to person for all HR-related matters, guiding our managers through day-to-day challenges.
  • Provide advice and expertise on HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

Drive Excellence

  • Ensure HR policies are implemented smoothly and align with legal requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives and goals.
  • Lead HR projects and help integrate meaningful changes within the organization.

Contribute to Growth

  • Play a key role in workforce planning to meet the company's goals.
  • Bring top talent on board through quality interviews, timely selections, and efficient recruitment processes.

Foster Collaboration

  • Support conflict resolution and provide guidance during disputes.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team on sensitive cases, as needed.

Coach and Develop Leaders

  • Coach and develop management in leadership skills and provide support in both tactical and operational HR topics.
  • Act as a business partner for line management in organizational development and change management related situations.

Requirements for the job:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a degree in the field of Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Project Manager etc. or Store Manager).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Retail industry.
  • Driving license B category.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel in various locations across the country or the assigned region – around of 80% of the working time will be spent in our stores.
