Job Title: Human Resources Assistant(Third-Party Contractor)

Job Location: (Bucharest, Romania)

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant (fixed-short-term contract with third-party Contractor) to work within our European team in Bucharest office.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Organizational Development & Capability Building

•Assist in organizing on boarding sessions, training, and follow-ups to help new employees adapt quickly.

•Support capability-building initiatives and coordinate training activities in line with business needs.

2. Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement

•Plan and organize corporate culture activities, including but not limited to birthday parties, Family Day, team building, and annual events.

•Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative environment.

•Assist in conducting employee surveys and follow-up action plans.

3. HR Routine Operations Support

•Support HR daily operations, including attendance management, and HR data analysis.

•Coordinate with HRBPs and colleagues on cross-functional HR tasks.

Requirements:

• Education background in bachelor's degree and above.
• Proficiency in MS Office with solid data processing and reporting skills.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills; High level of empathy, service awareness and employee experience orientation;Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong execution and multi-tasking abilities; honest and upright; good stability and learning ability.
• Previous HR-related internship or work experience is a plus.
