We're looking for a detail-oriented colleague to help us maintain the integrity of financial flows by reconciling transactions processed by Payment Service Providers (PSPs). You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and financial reporting in a dynamic field—gambling & entertainment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly, transaction-level reconciliations between PSP reports, the internal platform (core/ERP), and bank receipts, per PSP/MID/payment method/currency.
  • Check the integrity of transaction files (missing rows, duplicates, field mapping, timestamps) and standardize formats.
  • Match fees and charges (discount rate, per-transaction fee, cross-border, scheme fees, FX) against contract terms and SLAs.
  • Reconcile settlements and payouts (T+1/T+3, etc.); track cash-in-transit and balances in merchant/wallet accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies: refunds, reversals, partial captures, late presentments, timeouts, technical failures; document RCAs and corrections.
  • Manage the chargeback/dispute process: collect evidence, submit representments, monitor decisions, and track the impact on P&L.
  • Calculate and reconcile monthly processing fees and scheme/BIN costs; prepare accruals/provisions for transactions in progress.
  • Monitor exchange rates and multi-currency conversions; validate applied FX rates and their impact on reports.
  • Work closely with Accounting, Fraud, and Tech teams for clarifications, fixes, and process improvements.
  • Align accounting entries with the GL (account mapping, journals); support month/quarter-end closes and audit requests (internal/external).
  • Support onboarding of new PSPs/payment methods: reconciliation requirements, field mapping, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • Liaise with PSP account managers on incidents, fee optimization, improving authorization rates, and SLA compliance.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in finance and reconciliation (ideally in gaming).
  • Basic understanding of Payment Service Providers and online payment flows.
  • Very good Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
  • English— at least intermediate level (written and spoken).
