Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Specialist Colectare Debite located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Specialist Colectare Debite will be responsible for managing customer accounts, collecting overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves interacting with customers to resolve payment issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in debt collection or customer service
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Romanian; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the financial sector is beneficial
