Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare in domeniul medical;
  • Experienta profesionala: minim 3 ani intr-o pozitie de coordonare operatiuni sau servicii medicale;
  • Limbi straine: engleza nivel conversational;
  • Cunostinte operare PC.

Competente manageriale:

  • Orientare anteprenoriala si strategica;
  • Managementul uman si leadership;
  • Planificarea de organizarea activitatii;
  • Stimularea comunicarii deschise.

Scopul rolului:

Planificarea, organizarea, coordonarea si controlul tuturor activitatilor din ambulatoriul spitalului, urmarind:

  • Realizarea tuturor indicatorilor de performanta stabiliti;
  • Eficienta operationala a ambulatorului;
  • Gestionarea eficace a echipei din ambulatoriu;
  • Imbunatatirea continua a gradului de satisfactie al pacientilor.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Sa asigure gradul de incarcare optim acoperirea cabinetelor cu medici si a medicilor cu pacienti;
  • Sa rezolve prompt si local solicitarile angajatilor din clinica;
  • Sa asigure interfata in comunicarea dintre conducerea sp si echipa de ambulatoriu;
  • Sa identifice arii de imbunatatire in modul de operare al ambulatorului administrat si sa implemneteze planuri de actiune in acest sens;
  • Sa asigure controlul si raportarea parametrilor operationali, financiari si de personal.
