Our team guides our customers in designing and managing their automation platform across the full lifecycle, including coaching on initial deployment, enterprise-wide enablement, and methodologies to maximize business outcomes, self-sufficiency, and overall organizational impact.

Your Role

  • Take ownership of your customers' technical success with the automation platform

  • Be a core member of the account team for each customer, accountable for technical workstreams that help customers strategize and execute adoption plans

  • Proactively engage and influence customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding the technical maturity of their automation programs to help them achieve their objectives

  • Provide infrastructure planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting for the automation platform

  • Enable technical stakeholders on automation best practices relevant to their unique pipelines, program objectives, environments, and constraints

  • Conduct design and code reviews for select automations to reinforce and verify those best practices

  • Perform health checks of automation programs and environments, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement across technical disciplines

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to manage escalated support incidents

  • Provide technical advisory to customers through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements

  • Develop and mature processes, assets, and methodologies in an agile manner to continually iterate and maintain best-in-class delivery 

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant field

  • A minimum 5 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications, SaaS and Cloud experience a benefit

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and additional languages

  • Relevant work experience with progressive responsibility in customer-facing, technical account management or technical consulting roles

  • Experience credibly communicating with and guiding customers on diverse technical topics, including software engineering, packaging and deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering

  • Previous experience working with automation platforms preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption

  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues

  • Willingness to travel for client interactions up to 25% of the time
