About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Equity Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking by crafting and updating analytical reports that offer deep insights into the capital market.

Your work will be reviewed and refined for distribution to our global clients, making you an essential part of our portfolio of market analysis products. You will contribute to building, updating, and managing a robust database packed with financial and general insights on companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

  • You will develop insightful reports on the capital market for internal purposes, along with sector-specific reports that provide crucial insights across various fields. Your analysis will empower decision-making and enhance our understanding of industry dynamics;
  • You will support internal and external clients by providing them with essential information, analyses, and targeted recommendations based on your area of expertise, adding real value to their decision-making processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or enrolment in MSc program in Economics, Finance;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Programming skills or mastery of econometrics or statistics software package is a plus;
  • Experience in economic research, financial modeling, valuation methods, or economic forecasting is a plus;
  • Knowledge about financial markets, especially the capital market;
  • Soft skills: team player, good presentation skills, proactive attitude, highest degree of ethical and professional conduct, ability to adapt and learn quickly, to work under pressure, understand, and explain complex issues.
