Our team is looking for a customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our German-speaking customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating daily with customers via phone and email
  • Accurately processing customer orders, confirming pricing, and booking in our ERP system
  • Coordinating with production to confirm or optimize lead times
  • Managing customer orders from entry through to delivery and invoicing, including global logistics
  • Assisting sales offices and redirecting inquiries to relevant departments when needed
  • Handling various administrative tasks related to customer files and documentation
  • Collaborating with departments such as marketing, logistics, application engineering, and quality
  • Monitoring and allocating requests received via our eCommerce platform

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in international sales, customer service, logistics, or transportation
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
