Order Management Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to drive and implement improvement initiatives impacting Order Management processes.

The successful candidate will map business unit order processes, ensure standardization, and optimize them to achieve business goals. This role can be a strong foundation for future career growth within the company.

This position requires capturing process-related issues from BI/Oracle/SAP reports and business requests. The specialist will also initiate, drive, and implement improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, increase customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams and European sales offices to monitor and report benefits of continuous improvement projects. You will also ensure that working procedures are revised and updated regularly to describe handling of typical real-life situations across Order Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Capture process-related issues from BI/Oracle/SAP reports and business requests.
  • Initiate, drive, and implement improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, increase customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Monitor European Order Management processes ensuring business and functional KPIs are achieved.
  • Evaluate process implementation and standardization across the group.
  • Understand and support the group Strategic Plan.
  • Analyze and communicate project/program recommendations to leadership.
  • Provide information to management on what drives gap to goals on metrics on a period-by-period basis.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities based on business KPIs, formulate the business need, and present it to management.
  • Work with Order Management leaders in the BU and European sales offices and act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement projects are implemented successfully.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous proven experience in Sales/Operations/Customer Care environment or similar.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Digital skills (Microsoft Office package, outlook, ERPs, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:

Those who have experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERPs, Perfect Execution/Six Sigma certifications, or previous experience in leading process improvement initiatives may find this role particularly appealing.
