We are seeking a Quality Enhancement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in improving and driving the quality of our service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Training Sessions: Coordinate onboarding processes and provide feedback on training materials to ensure employees are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor Performance: Conduct regular quality checks on team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Implement Best Practices: Ensure the team aligns with best practices and remains updated on product releases.
  • Facilitate Communication: Build relationships and establish effective communication paths with existing employees and team leads.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Continuously review and challenge existing processes to identify efficiencies and better ways of working.
  • Report Performance: Submit regular reports on team performance, new joiner progress, and training delivered.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Desired Experience: Experience in mentoring or coaching others, understanding KPIs and SLAs, and working in a client-facing role is desirable.
